Redfin Estimate Accuracy Checker
Find out how accurate Redfin's estimate really is on a property you're looking at.
The problem
Redfin shows an estimate on every listing, but how accurate is that number? Buyers and agents regularly make offer decisions based on a figure they can't verify — and the error can be tens of thousands of dollars.
What I built
I built a tool that checks Redfin's track record on nearby homes that already sold, comparing what Redfin predicted to the actual sale price. You get a neighborhood accuracy report.
The result
Instead of trusting a black-box estimate, you see exactly how far off Redfin has been in that specific area — before you make an offer.

Get in touchWhat it does
Redfin says a home is worth $3.1M but it's listed at $2.5M — should you trust that? This tool checks Redfin's track record on nearby homes that already sold. If Redfin was consistently off by 10% on recent sales in the same area, you'll know to adjust the current estimate before making an offer.
Who it's for
Home buyers, investors, and agents who want to know whether to trust the Redfin Estimate on an active listing — before making an offer based on a number that might be way off.
